Day bag service
The weather can change quickly during a stage — cool in the morning, rain on the way, and at the finish you are glad of dry clothes. That is what our day bag service is for.
Pack your personal items and a change of clothes into your numbered day bag — about the size of a gym bag, handed to you with the starter pack — and leave it with the day bag team shortly before the start. You can pick it up again right after you finish.
That way you always have the right clothing and your personal things to hand, with no extra effort.
Finisher jersey
Every rider who finishes MYTRANSALP receives the exclusively designed finisher jersey as a special memento of their adventure. It is handed over at the finish in Riva del Garda.
Feed stations on the route
A varied and generous selection awaits you on the route and at the finish.
The feed stations are run every day by dedicated helpers who look after you and send you on your way with fresh energy. There is water, isotonic drinks, bananas, cake, nuts and much more of what you need out on the road.
At the finish, look forward to cake, sandwiches, regional specialities, fresh fruit and a wide choice of drinks.
Professional timing
Datasport brings many years of experience to precise timing, accurate to the second.
Finish catering / Meet & Eat
Right after crossing the finish line you will find cake, sandwiches, regional specialities, fresh fruit and a choice of drinks — after every stage. From the afternoon there is also a hot meal in the finish area.
Route marshalling
Police, fire services and our own team of marshals and motorcycle marshals are out on every stage, keeping you safe along the whole route.
Medical care
Medical care for all participants is our highest priority. An experienced team of emergency doctors, paramedics, dispatchers and nursing staff from intensive care, emergency medicine and anaesthesia is available throughout the event.
Before, during and after every stage the medical team provides competent first care and looks after everyone's safety around the clock. Our doctors and paramedics on motorcycles deserve a special mention — they can react quickly and flexibly out on the route.
Route data
The digital roadbook with route data and the GPX files are your reliable companions during every stage. The roadbook also includes all important waypoints as well as time estimates for various average speeds, helping you with navigation and custom route planning.
Technical service
A professional bike service team provides basic technical support on the route and at the finish.
The service is free for all participants. Only the parts you need are charged, at cost price.
At the feed stations you can also carry out smaller repairs yourself. Standard tools, spare tubes and tyres are available.
Bike Wash
Every stage town has a do-it-yourself bike wash station with a pressure washer and cleaning products.
Finisher medal
Every finisher receives the specially designed medal right at the finish line in Riva del Garda. You can also have it personally engraved at the finish (engraving is a bookable add-on).
Bike park with security
Every stage town has a guarded bike park. Your bike is watched over by a professional security company, so you can leave it safely overnight.
MYTRANSALP Village
Relax, recover, meet people and more, all of it in the MYTRANSALP Village at the finish. Smoothies, grilled sausages, grilled vegetables and small snacks are served free of charge in a relaxed atmosphere, vegetarian options included.
Long-stay parking
Parking for your vehicle is available in the start town for the whole duration of the event. So you can travel in relaxed and leave your car safely while you ride.
Participants in the four-day format also have long-stay parking in their respective start town until the end of the event.
Start and finish area
Every stage town has a professionally designed and branded start and finish area where our sponsors and partners present themselves.
Alongside comprehensive service and advice, you can discover and buy current products and new releases on the spot.
A host keeps the atmosphere going at the finish with news around the event, interspersed with music over a professional sound system.
Opening and closing
To open the Transalp we invite all participants to an evening together. In a relaxed setting the race management explains how the coming days will run, answers open questions and tunes everyone in to the adventure ahead. A shared dinner is the ideal chance to make first contacts.
At the finish town the closing event rounds off the week. Together we look back on the stages, celebrate what everyone achieved and enjoy a last evening over dinner.
Dinner at the opening and closing events is included in the entry fee.
Prize giving
During the tour, the prize givings for stages 1 to 6 take place directly in the finish area in the expo area. The prize giving at the finale in Riva del Garda, however, takes place as part of the evening event.
